Business overview per Business Area:

You will deliver a proactive, best in class, efficient sourcing service including taking the brief and sourcing the role whilst optimising the routes to market and acting as a point of contact between internal stakeholders, across multiple sites for all resourcing needs ensuring a flexible in a fast-moving, fluid organisation.

You will be responsible for building business understanding and knowledge specifically within the technology and data space. Prioritising and managing pools in advance of demand in line with the Resourcing needs.


This role entails…


An exciting and rewarding opportunity to work alongside the Data Recruiter to identify, source, pre-screen and select suitable candidates in line with the ambitious data delivery timeline.  This is a busy and varied role. You will build and manage Talent Pools of quality, pre-qualified candidates in advance of demand and in line with the business requirements and Resource Plan.  Candidate experience is incredibly important to us and you will strive to deliver a proactive and best in class service and efficient support where you will optimise the routes to market, including market mapping, 


Key responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the Data Recruiter to understand the businesses requirements and priorities

  • Agree resourcing strategies with the Data Recruiter and Hiring Managers in line with the Resourcing Plan

  • Conduct web based searches via search engines, social media, direct approach, networking groups etc.

  • Use job boards and social media to identify and approach passive and active candidates

  • Monitor responses and applications, effectively manage follow up responses to candidates within a timely manner

  • Pre-screen candidates using qualifying questions, tech skills etc to ascertain their suitability

  • Populate Talent Pools with relevant candidates in advance of demand and in line with Resource Plan

  • Identify and network with potential candidates (passive or active) to actively populate Talent Pools 

  • Develop and maintain relationships with Talent Pool candidates through regular communication and activities

  • Partner with Resourcing and HRBP’s to ensure line managers receive integrated HR service and ensure Resourcing is regularly updated on Talent Pool or hiring status

  • Proactively gather market intelligence and deliver to the Resourcing Partner

  • Support relevant recruitment events/conferences - virtual or in person

  • Work on ad-hoc roles when possible/required


To be considered for this opportunity you will need to demonstrate the following skills:

Minimum role criteria:

  • Highly competent when utilising a wide range of sourcing tools and attraction techniques 

  • Technically strong and confident with boolean search

  • Proven experience in a Recruitment Resourcer role

  • Experience of using HR databases, Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

  • Highly engaging with candidates, giving best in class experience

  • Experience of using sourcing tools i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Google X-Ray search etc.

The Key role criteria is as follows:


  • A proactive and methodical approach with the ability to work towards key targets, under pressure and within tight timelines across multiple roles

  • Plan, coordinate and prioritise activities successfully to work independently and as part of a team

  • Organised and meticulous ensuring that recruitment admin is compliant and the process runs smoothly and professionally

  • Experience within a well respected recruitment consultancy, RPO or as part of an in-house team

  • Experience of pre-qualifying / pre-screening candidates

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders and building strong relationships, and an ability to listen to and understand the needs of the business and candidate

  • Learn quickly about the industry, business function and roles in your client group
